ISA is the first and only company in the world to offer three different types of ventilation on an entire range of professional showcases aimed at meeting and satisfying the display needs of each maker of ice cream.
Smart defrosting
Intelligent defrosting
Plus 1 and Plus 2 configurations have an “intelligent” defrosting system which combines the work of two evaporators. In this way the standard defrosting time is reduced by 50%, minimizing thermal shock and preserving appearance and organoleptic characteristics of gelato.
Dual temperature
Maximum flexibility and seasonal product management
Designed with maximum flexibility to allow seasonal product display management. The Dual Temperature function (optional) allows the display cabinet to change simply, the operating temperature for Ice Cream and Pastry Products. This allows one cabinet to offer seasonal flexibility without increasing floor space.
Maximum product visibility
In Ice cream service, the heating of the top canopy can be turned on via the handy switch located under the canopy to prevent condensate from forming.
Oversized condenser
Fitted on the motors with water condensation, it ensures stable and reliable operation of the display case even in the event of a temporary interruption of the water supply. Greater system reliability. Continuous operation and constant performance.
IAT - ISA Adaptive Technology
Adaptive remote control of the display case included.
Full Mode - Pastry
Complete refrigeration of display area and intermediate shelves. Uniform cooling on all levels. The shelf refrigeration can be activated or excluded via a dedicated control. Maximum control of product storage.
Automatic cleaning
The condenser fans can be reversed on built-in motors. By reversing the air flow, the refrigeration unit remains free of dust accumulation, ensuring that the display case continues to function properly over time.
