Boom Gelato
Description
Boom Gelato is an ice cream parlour and yoghurt shop located in San Mariano di Corciano inside the Il Girasole shopping complex, equipped with an in-house laboratory where artisanal ice cream and fresh yoghurt are produced daily.
Boom Gelato has chosen to furnish its premises entirely with ISA products: Supercapri professional ice cream display case, Cristal Tower vertical display case, Abaco back counter and, for the laboratory part, Zero blast chiller, Labor Plus and Ge 700 Plus refrigerated cabinets.
