In 1992, the Maitre Pastry Chef Ernst Knam opened the already memorable Pastricceria l’Antica di Ernst Knam in via Anfossi 10, Milan.
The Umbrian company ISA Spa created the elegant Pagoda K, the new archetype of professional display cabinets for pastries, with the collaboration of the famous German Pastry Chef.
ISA’s new Pagoda K and the exclusive creations of Maitre Knam have a starring role in the famous shop in via Anfossi.
