58th MIG – Artisan Gelato International Exhibition in Longarone Fiere (Belluno) – ended in fact with great results, registering always more qualified operators from fifty foreign countries.
A new satisfying adventure for ISA, that has successfully affirmed its presence at MIG 2017, presenting some of the latest innovations and other well-established products.
Among the latest products, COMBO – the new ISA modular and customizable elements system – showed in preview at Host Milano 2017.
And lastly, an example of ISA PLUS TECHNOLOGY – for a total control of cold’s performance – applied on this occasion to the Kaleido gelato cabinets.
Perfect partnership with Rubicone – an Italian company leading in gelato bases and components – that has supplyed excellent and original gelato flavors.
The Oneshow diplay cabinet has been a great success with the Black Hawaii, a dark black gelato flavor, made with vegetal carbon and charcoal carbonated, coconut water and raw cocoa beans.
