ISA at Sigep World 2026: the future of refrigeration is smart, adaptive and sustainable

ISA had an intense and valuable experience at SIGEP World 2026 – the International Exhibition of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee – where it presented a range of new high-tech services and products designed to meet the new requirements of efficiency, sustainability and performance of professionals in the sector.
At the event, ISA proposed innovative solutions that integrate advanced technologies for differentiated and customised temperature management, intelligent monitoring systems and new construction architectures designed to improve product preservation, reduce energy consumption and simplify operational management in retail outlets.
The new technological applications introduce advanced features, including:
- intelligent control systems that guarantee tailor-made and more efficient performance for each display case;
- advanced digital solutions for adaptive and predictive remote monitoring;
- temperature differentiation for maximum storage and service versatility;
- components designed according to eco-design criteria and the use of low environmental impact refrigerants.
“SIGEP is a strategic event for ISA to share its vision for the future of professional refrigeration,” says Andrea Cocchi, CEO of ISA S.p.A. “The innovations presented in 2026 are the result of intensive research and development, aimed at offering our customers concrete tools to improve service quality and business sustainability.”
With these new solutions, ISA confirms its commitment to continuous innovation, supporting ice cream makers, pastry chefs and operators in the sector with reliable, high-performance technologies designed to enhance the product on display.
New developments in the world of ice cream and ISA technology

MultyShow is the new professional display case presented among ISA’s main innovations at Sigep World, combining the uniqueness of ISA’s show technology, ideal for maximising display appeal and the three-dimensionality of artisan ice cream, with a multi-set-up system designed to offer maximum internal modularity. The structure allows the display space to be configured by freely combining carapine and trays of different volumes (wide or narrow). This versatility allows the operator to optimise storage and presentation according to seasonality or specific sales requirements.

The spotlight is also on MultyCool e SweetDream pozzetti counters, available in a ducted version with no interruption between one module and another, fully customised – from the front to the sides, from the top to the lids of the containers. The MultyCool well modules, with ISA-patented direct expansion static refrigeration, allow for temperature differentiation within each module, making it possible to store products with different characteristics such as ice cream, sorbets, granitas, whipped cream, frozen yoghurt and semifreddo mousses in the same counter with optimal quality. Available with 4 and 6 containers (with reserve) and channeling to each other, they offer maximum modularity and adaptability to any point of sale.

At Sigep, ISA exclusively introduced IAT – ISA Adaptive Technology. This is an advanced management system that allows each display case to independently and adaptively modulate its technical parameters, ensuring constant performance improvement.
Thanks to an advanced system of sensors, IAT constantly monitors and records all data, ensuring predictive control that customises the machine’s operation in real time. The display case evolves with its environment: IAT analyses external conditions and usage patterns to calibrate operating parameters. The result is total optimisation that excels in terms of energy efficiency, performance and machine longevity.
Worth highlighting is the “Plug&Play” architecture of the ISA display case equipped with IAT technology, which allows for extreme ease of management: flexible installation layout, no wiring or on-site assembly, and simple connection to the Cloud.

A new look and enhanced technical performance for the Supercapri professional display case at Sigep World 2026. The technical excellence of the display case is combined with a new, fully customisable aesthetic, including the base, while a series of technological upgrades perfect its efficiency and operational performance.
Collaborations of excellence
The Art of Gelato meets Technology: Palmiro Bruschi takes centre stage at the ISA stand

At Sigep World 2026, the ISA stand became the stage for an extraordinary encounter between artisan know-how and cutting-edge innovation. The special guest was Maestro Palmiro Bruschi, the first Ambassador of Italian Gelato in the world, who accompanied visitors on a journey to discover the new frontiers of preservation.
Through in-depth presentations, the Maestro illustrated the potential of the new IAT – ISA Adaptive Technology. “Technology must be at the service of creativity,” commented Bruschi, emphasising how ISA’s predictive intelligence allows ice cream to maintain its impeccable structure in any environmental condition. A continuous dialogue between man and machine that confirms ISA’s mission: to provide tools of excellence for taste professionals.
Particular attention was also paid to MultyCool pozzetti counters. Maestro Bruschi showed how this technology overcomes the limitations of traditional display cases: thanks to differentiated temperature management, it is possible to display and serve products with different temperature requirements at the same time – from soft-serve ice cream to granitas and frozen pastries – all within the same unit. This versatility transforms the counter into a multifunctional sales tool.
The quality of Maratea at Sigep 2026: Emilio Panzardi highlights the versatility of ISA systems
The partnership between ISA and ice cream maker Emilio Panzardi once again proved to be a pillar of the brand’s presence at Sigep World. A long-standing partner of ISA, Panzardi transformed the stand into a veritable oasis of taste, providing the excellence of his artisan production from Maratea on a daily basis. The collaboration made it possible to demonstrate “in the field” the extraordinary potential of the new technologies presented exclusively by ISA at Sigep.

A special thank you to all our collaborators and visitors!
