Bulgari, Niko Romito and ISA for Expo Dubai
The unquestionable elegance of Bulgari meets the brilliant creativity of the three-starred chef Niko Romito and the innovative refrigeration technology of ISA company for the Italian pavilion on the occasion of Expo 2020 Dubai.
The first major international event after a year and a half of pandemic, as well as the first universal exhibition in an Arab country will start from the 1st October. Expo 2020 Dubai hosts 192 countries for 6 months until 31st March 2022.
“Beauty Connects People”. This is the catchphrase chosen by the Italian pavilion in Dubai and represented through the three-hull architecture, the participation of more than 50 Italian companies and several events.
“Il Ristorante – Niko Romito” of the Bulgari Resort in Dubai together with the new exclusive format “Spazio Niko Romito Bar e Cucina”, will be the gastronomic protagonist of the Italian pavilion and, also, a place where people can meet and socialize. This is where ISA enters the scene. Today, ISA is one of the most important players in the professional refrigeration and shopfitting sectors like ice-cream and pastry shops, bars, restaurants and luxury laboratories. Bulgari and Niko Romito chose the Italian company to design the furniture and the advanced technology of their prestigious spaces throughout the duration of Expo 2020.
Therefore, ISA has the honour of representing Italy alongside two well-known Italian excellences around the world, by displaying its latest creations always realized in collaboration with another Italian prominent person at an international level, the architect Antonio Citterio.
Pentagram is the new luxury collection from ISA which perfectly integrates refrigerated display cases for ice cream parlours, pastry shops and gastronomy, bar counters and furnishing elements. There is also Hizone, a modular collection of refrigerated and non-refrigerated blast chillers, cabinets and counters, dedicated to top-of-the-range projects for foodstore and professional kitchen in the gelato, pastry, restaurant and gastronomy services.
