From the perfect synergy between the famous Master pastry chef Knam and the Umbrian company ISA a great project was born, which led to creating and building the elegant Pagoda K, the new archetype of the professional display cabinet for pastries.
The new ISA Pagoda K and the exclusive creations by Maestro Knam take centre stage in the historic German chef’s pastry shop in Via Anfossi in Milan.
Ernst Knam, the celebrated pastry chef born in Germany and Milanese by adoption, has received famous international awardsover the years, Best Patisserie of the Year in Italy, Italian Chocolate Champion, Italian Finger Food Champion, Ice Cream World Champion in the Ice Cream World Cup, Chocolate Sculpture and many others. He then became known to the general public as a TV personality in the programs “Il Re del Cioccolato (The King of Chocolate)” and “Bake Off Italia”.
Master Knam and ISA give life to unique cooking shows during important events, such as at the Sigep in Rimini and the Salon du Chocolat in Milan.In fact, Knam’s Patisserie is well-known for its refinement and unusual combinations. Renato Ardovino, the famous Master pastry chef today in the top ten of Italian cake designers, is an official partner of ISA and collaborates with the Umbrian company by creating “dreamlike” cooking shows during important sector events such as Sigep Rimini.
All the pastry chef’s creations are in fact a unique and unrepeatable masterpiece, with a flavour which originates from the Italian and English patisserie traditions, and the partnership with ISA gives cake design enthusiasts the chance to day dream.
