It was a significant experience, carried out in collaboration with Rossella Cerea, the driving force behind the project and general manager of Da Vittorio, under the supervision of Carlo Giulietti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">ISA is increasingly distinguishing itself in the HoReCa world thanks to its ability to create tailor-made projects, and DaV Cantalupa represents one of its finest expressions: a challenging project of great impact and prestige.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Particularly noteworthy are <b>the American Bar <\/b>and the <b>Show Grill<\/b>, which testify to ISA&#8217;s craftsmanship and savoir faire. The imposing curved counter stands out, with a forged top made entirely of Blue Fire natural marble, with a walnut wood front, enriched with precious details in the finishes and lighting system. The tables for guests were also made entirely by ISA: carefully turned, with a burnished brass finish and R\u00eave Blue porcelain stoneware tops, some designed as modular elements that can be easily joined or separated for maximum flexibility and adaptability to the spaces at DaV Cantalupa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-127266\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isaitaly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Da_Vittorio_Bistrot_040925-21-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isaitaly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Da_Vittorio_Bistrot_040925-21-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.isaitaly.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Da_Vittorio_Bistrot_040925-21-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Another important feature is the spectacular <b>wine cellar<\/b>, which occupies a considerable area within the space. Completely transparent, it was custom-made with an aluminium structure and double glazing to ensure the perfect preservation of the most prized labels. An element that, as architect Joseph Di Pasquale states, <i>&#8216;generates a strong relationship between memory of the past, emotion of the present and imagination of the future<\/i>&#8216;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">DaV Cantalupa offers a truly <b>innovative food experience<\/b>, where the architectural vision blends with ISA&#8217;s exquisite customisation, embodying the style and tradition of the Cerea family. As Michelin-starred chef Enrico Cerea, known as Chicco, says: &#8220;<i>For us, food is a form of love, a way of making others feel good, and ourselves too<\/i>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All that remains is to let yourself be captivated by this magnificent space: at DaV Cantalupa in Brusaporto, you can enjoy food with your palate, but also with your eyes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
