GELATOMIX

Technical module designed by ISA R&D for artisan gelato parlour. With Gelato mix it is possible to create an infinite number of flavours and combinations starting from a limited number of bases, by adding chocolate, fresh fruit, syrups, and decorations.

The marble plate with a practical external drain area is much more than a refrigerated work top: it is an authentic stage where the creativity and ability of the gelato artisan are exhibited in composition that stimulate the consumer’s sight and capture their attention joining to the quality of product the capacity to evoke pleasant sensations and moods.
ISA has organised the spaces available in an extremely functional manner without renouncing a clean and captivating design: at the side of the marble plate, three stainless steel containers which are heated Bain-Marie for melted chocolate ideal for decoration; on the front a sizeable number of transparent tubs for every kind of decoration or topping. With GELATOMIX it is possible to personalise offering and satisfy the customer’s demand of novelty in real time, starting by a number of bases, adding fresh a candied fruit, chocolate, syrups, toppings and decorations. All this to hand, in a single work space conceived for practical needs, ergonomics and respecting hygiene standards without renouncing spectacular visibility from all points of view.
