ZERO The next generation Blast Chillers / Shock Freezers

ISA has developed a new range of High Performance Blast Chillers / Shock Freezer suitable for Gelato Parlours, Restaurants, Pastry Shops, Fast Food Restaurants and Industrial Catering. Zero has an easy to read LCD Display showing the main information on the Control Panel. ISA R&D Department has produced nine standard chilling or freezing programmes for Gastronomy, Pastry or Gelato. By setting “MENU” the operator can easily modify pre-set programmes or create new according to specific needs. Standard Probe Heated on all ZERO models. Automatic Hot Gas Defrost system.
ZERO uses an indirect airflow refrigeration system which lessens dehydration of food, and produces a longer lasting end product..
