It slanting display thanks guarantees the maximum product visibility exalting its appeal. Double air flow refrigeration system to ensure equalised temperature and product maintenance above the display area. Standard temperature setting: -20°C +2°C.
Double evaporator with dual air flow gives equalised temperature throughout the display area. Designed for extreme climatic conditions, holds product in class 4+: 35°C / 70% RH.
A choice of functionality
Tempered front glass with gas pistons lift up opening system facilitates cleaning and gelato container substition.
Electronic control board to control and set functions and refrigeration parameters.
Working ton in 18/10 AISI 304 Stainless Steel shining finishing.
