Ventilated refrigeration with a double evaporator guarantees equalised temperature of the product in every point of display space.
High performance cabinet
IDO Intelligent Defrosting Operation: the control board is equipped with an additional intelligent defrosting system that is activated only when necessary and just for the time needed to guarantee the evaporator gets cleaned.
ICC Intelligent Check Control: continual control of system peripheries to guarantee product quality preservation.
